1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Mirror Action Tracker (“Mirror”, “the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Mirror is operated by Unbound Studios (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms apply to all users of the App.

2. Description of Service

Mirror is an identity-driven habit tracking application. It helps you build lasting habits by connecting daily actions to the person you want to become. The App allows you to create behaviors, organize them into routines, set goals, and track your progress over time.

3. Account Registration

To use Mirror, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

4. Founding Member Program

Mirror offers a limited Founding Member program with lifetime access to premium features for a one-time payment. Key terms:

• Limited to 500 founding member spots. Once filled, the program closes permanently.
• Founding members receive lifetime access to all current and future premium features at the time of purchase.
• The one-time payment is non-recurring. No subscription fees will ever be charged to founding members.
• After the founding member program ends, Mirror will transition to a standard subscription model for new users.

5. Payments and Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Payment terms are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

• Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.
• We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
• Refund requests after 30 days are handled through Apple's standard refund process.

6. Free Trial

Mirror offers a 14-day free trial of premium features. During the trial period, you have full access to all features. No payment information is required to start a trial.

When the trial ends, you can continue using Mirror with limited features or purchase a founding member spot (while available) to unlock everything permanently.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of all data you create in Mirror, including behaviors, routines, goals, and check-in records (“Your Content”).

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality to you. We do not use Your Content for advertising, analytics beyond service improvement, or any purpose unrelated to operating Mirror.

You can export Your Content at any time using the export feature in Settings. You can delete Your Content and your account at any time.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use automated systems or bots to access or interact with the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its underlying infrastructure

9. Intellectual Property

Mirror, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Unbound Studios and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

10. Privacy

Your use of Mirror is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using Mirror, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

Mirror is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Mirror is a habit tracking tool, not a medical or therapeutic service. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any health condition. Consult a qualified professional for health-related decisions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unbound Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Mirror. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for Mirror in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

You may stop using Mirror and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or our systems.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice in the App or sending an email. Your continued use of Mirror after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Mirror shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
